Noelle Sherman

Founder / Principal

Noelle founded Bespoke Realty Advisors after an 11 year career in commercial real estate working for top national retail brokerage teams on globally recognized portfolio expansions. She also formerly and currently represents high-profile landlords and developers on buildings and shopping centers throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties, as well as in Manhattan and Seattle. Some notable projects include 265 Greenwich Avenue, Gateway Port Chester, 935 Broadway, and 300 Pine - Macy’s redevelopment in downtown Seattle.

Her diverse background provides a unique and creative alternative for real estate consulting and brokerage services, differentiating herself and her company in the overcrowded world of brokerage. She has transacted on mostly all of the major shopping avenues throughout the country including Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut, Lincoln Road in Miami, and Melrose Place in Los Angeles, and throughout countless malls and shopping centers.

Noelle’s present and past experience is also comprised of facilitating several specialty retailers and restaurants in their expansion strategies nationally, regionally and in the Tri-State area including: Amazon Books, Amazon 4-Star, Levi Strauss, Alexander Birman, VINCE, Ted Baker London, Schutz Shoes, Vivvi, Bathhouse, Five Iron Golf, LovePop Cards, and many more.

Noelle and her team represent everyone from Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to family-owned businesses and start-ups, most of whom came to her at an early stage in their physical store growth. She helped them develop a custom process for determining where they should open stores, and then take that strategy to scale.

Noelle strives to provide clients with boundless opportunities to thrive in new markets, assuring the satisfaction of their real estate goals. Her passion for fashion and the arts coinciding with her love for real estate and strategy has built a strong foundation for trusted and inviolable partnerships.

Noelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University on a full scholarship and attended UCLA’s Producer’s Program. She is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a former member of Michael J.
